How Frameworks Benefit Your Clients: Framework Series, Part Two
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
Welcome back to another episode! We are in the framework series this month, and today we are going to talk all about how we can use our frameworks to enhance client learning experiences.
First off, if you haven’t listened in to last week’s episode please do so we are all clear on what a framework ACTUALLY is.
That being said, here is how to maximize your client experiences using frameworks.
Way #1: Spiral between ideas to build connections between the skills.
BIG POINT: Your clients need to understand HOW everything is working together to help them.
Way #2: Use the framework to track where your client is at in their learning process.
BIG POINT: Once you have a framework, you are then able to know where your client is at, if they have successfully mastered it, and where they are going next!
Way #3: Use your framework as a guide to catch learning gaps
BIG POINT: If you are noticing that a majority of your clients are struggling between certain steps, this is a good indicator of a learning gap.
Be sure to listen in so you can hear a full explanation of each! ;)

She helps entrepreneurs create custom content strategies rooted in humanity so they can show up for their people, their business, and themselves.

Tuesday Nov 17, 2020
Tuesday Nov 17, 2020
Tough love train coming in hot this episode.
In this episode I want to lovingly speak to the frustrated entrepreneur. It is all good if you feel this way, but here’s the deal: business. is. challenging.
You are going to hit points where you are frustrated AF, upset, and annoyed. But how you choose to respond is a HUGE difference between being successful and not successful.
Here are 10 questions I want you to consider:
- What do you want to do?
- Why do you want to do that?
- How do you want to get there?
- What inspires you?
- What is your actual expertise?
- Are you willing to stand alone?
- Are you willing to be different?
- Are you willing for it to take time?
- What purpose is there besides money?
- Where are the gaps?
Tune into this week’s episode as I speak on these questions, and light a fire under you to go GET IT DONE.
Did you try out these questions? I would love to hear from you in the DMs on what you discovered. You can find me at @morethanamomma_ on IG!

Being a Solo-prenuer and CEO with Tomasha Suber
Wednesday Nov 11, 2020
Wednesday Nov 11, 2020
(Grab some cold water, because the tea gets hot in this episode.)
Tomasha Suber is the master of all things systems and leadership.
She works with women-led, service based businesses, and helps her client navigate leadership and womanhood simultaneously without the major sacrifice. She is so great at not only helping women build a business, but also build the DREAM life that they want.
In this episode, Tomasha and I talk about:
- Tomasha’s journey into entrepreneurship and how all of her jobs enhanced her skillset in her business.
- The flipped idea of managing people and leading things.
- What exactly leadership is and what it looks like.
- What scaling ACTUALLY looks like.
- A honest discussion about Tomasha’s paid over popular approach.
Here are some BIG takeaways for you:
Tip #1: If you have a team, you are responsible for leading and influencing them.
Tip #2: Scaling is not scaling when you are working MORE. Scaling should be increasing your income without increasing your workload.
Tip #3: Focus on creating THE perfect offer instead of focusing on MULTIPLE offers.
15/10 recommend to give Tomasha a follow on her Instagram: @tomashasuber

100K Doesn’t Fix Everything Part 4: A Reflection
Tuesday Nov 03, 2020
Tuesday Nov 03, 2020
I want to start this with a fun fact: I don’t listen to my own episodes. Like ever. I legit have the attitude that whatever I say was meant to be. (ZEROOOO clue if this is “best podcast practice”, but it is what it is. Lol)
However, with this series, I did listen back. The past month I have actually listened to some of the episodes 3-4 times.
The whole point of this series was to give you an inside look on the real life of a six-figure business owner, and normalize the journey that goes into it.
But, it was a journey for me to. To talk about things that have been hidden, stored away, and pushed to the side the past 2 ½ years.
So that being said- here are three things I have been reflecting on from the 100K Doesn’t Fix Everything podcast series. (And hopefully three things that you can walk away with too!)
#1- Ask yourself what you want more and why you want it. All decisions should stem from THAT.
#2- You define your success. Success regarding your health, your mindset, your business, and as a mom. YOU define it.
#3- True change happens with yourself when you do the inner work FIRST. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. This is where the real change is going to happen.
Thanks for joining me on this series. See you next week!

100K Doesn't Fix Everything Part 3: Six Figure Mindset with Topsie Vandenbosch
Tuesday Oct 27, 2020
Tuesday Oct 27, 2020
Welcome back to part 3 of the 100K Doesn’t Fix Everything series. Regardless of the income you have in your business- this six-figure mindset episode is going to be for you.
This week we have guest expert Topsie Vandenbosch joining us. Topsie is an Executive Mindset Coach for 6 figure earners, and also a Corporate Consultant for inclusive workplaces at Topsie VandenBosch Coaching, LLC.
Topsie has been my mindset coach since March, and if you would have told me 6 months ago that I would be interviewing her I legit would have laughed. We had SO MUCH FUN recording together, and I can’t wait for you to dive in with us.
In this episode Topsie and I:
- reflect on the very first call I had with her. (Listen in to hear the best tough love I have EVER received in my business.)
- discuss common mindset issues that all entrepreneurs struggle with at some point, regardless of the income that you hit.
- normalize being honest with yourself as a business owner, and how focusing on what YOU want is a key to being happy with where you are at right now.
Struggling to be complacent in the season you are in right now? Here are three incredible tips from the mindset queen herself.
Tip #1: Audit what you are consuming every day, and get rid of what doesn’t serve you. What you consume is what you think about.
Tip #2: Create joy outside of your business, and don’t get lost in your business.
Tip #3: Identify feelings vs facts.
15/10 recommend to give Topsie a follow on her Instagram: @topsievandenbosch

100K Doesn’t Fix Everything Part 2: “I am not okay.”
Tuesday Oct 20, 2020
Tuesday Oct 20, 2020
Welcome back to another episode of the 100K doesn’t fix everything series. I want to start this part two episode by saying that what I speak on today may trigger my audience who have experiences with depression, anxiety, or postpartum depression. In this episode I am diving deep into my experience with postpartum depression, and encourage my audience to proceed with care. Please reach out to the hotline provided in the show notes if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts. Thank you for tuning in, let’s get started.
I step into the room and sit on a blue couch. I rustle things around in Chloe’s diaper bag, and pull Chloe in close so she can start eating. I look up at my therapist who is lovingly observing me, and she asks me one question- How are you doing today Taylor?
I look down at my daughter as tears well up in my eyes and quietly whisper, “I am not okay.”
A few weeks later I was diagnosed with postpartum depression.
In today’s episode I am covering my postpartum depression story and how it is affecting myself and my family 2 ½ years later. In this episode I am hoping to:
- Normalize moms & their mental health. According to postpartumdepression.org 1 out of 7 moms will experience PPD in the year after giving birth. Yet there is a HUGE lack of conversation and acknowledgement around PPD.
- Allow myself and my mommas following me to be a human. I am taking back my humanity with this episode, and refusing to allow having a child mean that I can’t have emotions, or struggle to take care of myself. I hope to inspire the moms who are listening to do the same.
I want to make it clear that this episode is NOT medical advice. This is my story, my experience, my symptoms, and my thoughts. Please see below for resources, articles, and hotlines to reach out to if you are in need of help or research.
