This week we have the incredible Lindsay Burns joining us. Lindsay is a behaviour change specialist who works with women balancing their career and motherhood. She has a Master's degree in behaviour change psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and her research on well-being and motivation has been published internationally.
Lindsay is passionate about helping women stop martyring themselves, and focus their time and energy on the things that truly impact their well-being, ability to parent, and career. She creates sustainable change through systems and habits that allow your life to feel how you always wanted it to feel. Stop doing more, and do less better.

- the importance about being intentional about how you want life to feel, not just look
